And A First Look at Spring

Every spring, I decide that I don't want the few crocus' that come up; if they're going to make an appearance each year, I'd rather it be a bold and decisive one, not kind of half-hearted and sporadic. So I pull out a couple, feel guilty, and then stop, and of course they spread anyway in spite of me. Which really is just as well, because in this early part of spring, it's very nice to see their colourful little faces amid the gloom of my weather-beaten garden.
