Last Look at Winter ... We Hope

I had started this primarily as a photo blog, but since I'm unable to take or add any current photos for perhaps another week (due to a minor eye procedure), I'm posting some of my recent favourites. I apologize in advance if these winter shots are unsavoury :), but I still really like them.

My Motley Crew

Right now, there are 5 Shelties with us. The only way I could get them all together and looking at me for a "class picture" was in the kitchen bribing them with food. From left to right - Kelly (who is available), Olivia (hopefully expecting in midMay), our blue merle visitor Keva, my daughter's pet Maida, and my Cady. I'm going to introduce them separately in the future. Oh yes, my daughter's chihuahua Rustle ... he was still in bed :).

A Blog is Born!

I'm going to try and not take myself too seriously here. I want to enjoy coming here myself, catch up on what's been going on in my own life that I haven't had the time to sit down and digest; philosophize, tutorialize, and pictorialize. A real work in progress, I hope to pleasantly surprise myself with just how much I have in my life to share with friends and perfect strangers alike!
